Refund policy

Order Processing and Delivery

All BucketHub products are custom-built for professional use in mining, construction, and industrial applications. Production and delivery times vary based on order specifications:

  • Standard buckets: 14–45 business days
  • Large custom-engineered buckets: Up to 90 business days (approximately 3 months)

A detailed production schedule will be provided after final design approval and deposit payment.

Shipping Methods

Products are shipped via certified heavy freight carriers. Options include:

  • FOB to port
  • CIF/DDP door-to-site delivery (subject to prior agreement)
    The buyer is responsible for unloading at the delivery site.


Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced. Exceptions are made only for the following scenarios:

Eligible Claims

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Non-conformance to the final approved design or specifications

Claim Process

To request a return or refund, you must:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide:
  • Clear photographs/videos documenting the issue
  • A written description of the problem
  • Copies of all delivery and order documentation

 

Resolution Options

  • On-site inspection or repair (where feasible)
  • Replacement (subject to manufacturer evaluation)
  • Refund or partial credit (determined case-by-case)

Note: Return shipping costs for approved claims are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Manufacturer’s Warranty

BucketHub is an authorized dealer of Eighty Nine Machinery Trading Sdn. Bhd. (ENMTSB). ENMTSB provides a 12-month or 2,000-hour warranty (whichever occurs first) from the date of delivery, covering:

  • Defects in materials or welding workmanship

Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Immediately notify ENMTSB through BucketHub via email or phone.
  2. Submit a completed Warranty Claim Form, including:
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photographs or technical reports of the defect
  • Return of defective components (if required)

 

Do not attempt repairs without prior authorization from ENMTSB.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Non-ENMTSB parts or unauthorized modifications
  • Consequential damages (e.g., downtime, lost productivity)


General Terms

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.
  • Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance (unless DDP terms are agreed upon).
  • Claims may require third-party verification at the buyer’s expense.
